Working With the Body Across a Lifetime
I work with a wide range of bodies, from athletes to older adults, and everyone in between who simply wants to feel better in their own skin.
My understanding of the body comes from years of travel, study, and hands on work. I have searched high and low across cultures, clinics, and healing traditions to learn what actually helps and what just sounds good. This includes early training in hospital settings in India, as well as continued study across multiple disciplines. I keep what works, question what doesn’t, and stay curious.
With athletes, my work supports recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Sometimes that means focused, deeper work. Sometimes it means slowing everything down so the body can reset. Either way, the goal is the same: help you move better, recover faster, and not feel wrecked the next day.
With older adults, the work becomes slower, steadier, and more attentive. I focus on comfort, circulation, joints, balance, and the nervous system. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced. Just thoughtful work that supports ease and vitality.
Because I take anatomy seriously, pressure and pacing are adjusted continuously. No two sessions are the same, and no body is asked to endure work it doesn’t need. This is not a one size fits all massage, and that is the point.
Whether you are new to bodywork or have tried everything, this work meets you where you are. You do not need to know what you want or how to ask for it. Your body already knows. We start there.
